These terms apply to raleighguttercleaningnc.com, operated by Raleigh Gutter Cleaning of Raleigh, North Carolina. Using the site means you accept them.

Estimates and quotes

Anything quoted on the phone or by message is an estimate based on what you have described. The final price depends on the house and what is actually found on the day. We will tell you before doing work that goes beyond what was quoted.

Requesting an estimate does not create a booking. A job is booked when we confirm a date with you.

Text messages

By submitting your phone number you authorize Raleigh Gutter Cleaning to send you text messages about your estimate and your job, including messages sent using automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe.

Text messaging is provided as a convenience. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How we handle the information you send us is set out in our privacy policy.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Let us know as early as you can if you need to move an appointment. Weather moves our schedule too, and we will contact you if it does.

The work

We work from ladders and roof surfaces as the property allows. If a roof or a gutter run is unsafe to work on, we will tell you rather than attempt it.

Gutter guards reduce how much debris enters a gutter. They do not stop it entirely and they are not a substitute for maintenance. We say this on the guards page as well.

The content here, including photographs of our own work, belongs to Raleigh Gutter Cleaning. Please do not reproduce it without asking.

We keep the site accurate but do not warrant that everything on it is complete or current at all times.
